Reija Mantila joined Elcoline Group as its new HR & HSEQ Director on November 1, 2024. She is responsible for the management and development of Human Resources (HR) and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) in support of the company’s business and strategy. She manages her team and is a member of the Group’s management team.

Mantila has more than 10 years of diverse experience in the service business, particularly in managing HR processes and safety operations in industry. She has strong expertise in HR management, well-being at work and the development of HR strategy and business operations. Mantila’s commercial background and knowledge of occupational health provide a strong foundation for the development of HR and safety functions in line with Elcoline’s growth strategy. Her managerial approach combines a business focus, a deep understanding of the importance of employee well-being for growth, and close collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

In the current strategy period, Elcoline is aiming for a turnover of EUR 250 million and a significant increase in the number of employees, driven by both acquisitions and organic growth. Elcoline will grow sustainably by building a cohesive organizational culture and achieving its business growth objectives without compromising safety.

The current HR & HSEQ Director, Minna Hannula, will continue the role of HSEQ Director on the operations in Finland, reporting to the new Elcoline Group HR & HSEQ Director.
